Brad Jolly, head chef, is regarded as one of Australia’s leading and most influential chef’s. With several international accolades to his name, he presents modern-Australian cooking with a French influence at its best. A culinary perfectionist, Brad has worked alongside Marco Pierre White, Eric Chavot and Jamie Oliver.
Situated on the boardwalk, Alchemy is located on the promenade level at 175 Eagle Street. The glass framed view is an unobstructed vista of the Story Bridge and the Brisbane River. Brad and Angelica Jolly have designed the interior of Alchemy to be both breathtaking and captivating. Constructed along sleek lines of form and function, the space is intimate and warm with soft lighting and contemporary décor. Exquisite pieces adorn the venue including the stunning hand blown Murano glass chandelier in the dining room.
